- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Sale items, underwear, socks, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except for quality issues.
2. Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval Confirmation: We will respond to your request within 2 business days.
- Return the Item: Ship the item back following our instructions and provide the tracking number.
- Refund Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike/size issue), the shipping cost must be covered by the buyer.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service for a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, it must be processed as a return.
